An autonomous computer vision system for installation on an FPV drone, providing automatic detection, tracking, and targeting of targets.
Purpose: The ZIR system is designed for autonomous detection, recognition, and engagement of various types of targets using computer vision in automatic control mode with integration into FPV kamikaze drones.
Features:
- Can be installed on any FPV kamikaze drone
- Equipped with its own camera
- Connects to the flight controller and standard VTX
- Automatic target recognition range: 150–400 m (depending on target type)
- Target acquisition range in automatic mode: 300 m
- Target acquisition range in manual mode: 700 m
- Autopilot mode with autonomous strike function
- Counteracts headwinds, crosswinds, and tailwinds up to 12 m/s
- Accuracy of attack: up to 1–1.5 m
- Ability to attack moving targets at speeds of up to 50 km/h
- Ability to automatically detonate remotely
- No additional drone or control station equipment required
- Controlled using a standard remote control
Advantages:
- Autonomous recognition of a wide range of targets (infantry, civilian vehicles, minivans, trucks, air defense systems, artillery, armored vehicles, tanks)
- Lower pilot qualification requirements
- Increased effectiveness of FPV drones
- Resistance to electronic warfare after autopilot activation
- Claimed accuracy of over 95%
- Ability to operate at increased front depths by overcoming the radio horizon
